Setup fees are mandatory for customized packages only. This one-time fee covers workspace setup, configuration, data upload, workflow setup, and go-live preparation. It also covers adjusting workflows, templates, AI behavior, dashboards, permissions, and notifications.
Integration Fees
Integrations are separately charged depending on the complexity of the connection. This covers the paid scope for connecting JasaAI with external tools such as WhatsApp, Google Sheets, accounting tools, CRM, POS, payment gateways, or databases.
Custom Extension Fees
We offer paid scopes for custom workflows, dashboards, reports, templates, forms, data models, AI workers, or approval matrices. Custom extensions are separately scoped, priced, approved, and documented.
